Job Title: Medicare Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months (Contract to hire)

Pay Range is $18 Hr

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, investigate, and promptly resolve customer inquiries accurately.
  • Address customer service issues via phone, email, chat, and TEAMS.
  • Ensure clear documentation of all customer communications.
  • Educate callers to achieve first-contact resolution.
  • Interact proficiently through multiple channels: Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS.
  • Successfully pass required testing.
  • Mandatory participation and attendance.
  • Flexible for schedule rotations, adhering to assigned schedules.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (varied shifts)
