Medical receptionist position needed for a small medical practice. Discretion, attention to detail, multi-tasking, priortization skills, organization skills and excellent communication skills are required for this position. This is a highly visible position with extensive patient contact requiring a professional demeanor at all times. Duties include answering phones, patient scheduling and registration, confirming appointments, capturing payments on accounts, preparing daily schedule for the provider, maintaining patient files, maintaining the office space, mailing and faxing reports and referrals, and effectively communicating with patients.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
