Job Description

Vin Baker the current Milwaukee Bucks Assistant Coach, NBA All Star and Olympic Gold Medalist is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for his new treatment facility: Vin Baker Recovery.

Qualifications: The receptionist will be a trained front office person with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Must be knowledgeable in computer programs and general office equipment. Candidate must have a high school education or GED equivalent to one. Candidate must have the training and or experience working with the general public. There is no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment as a clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience in serving patients with addiction and/or behavioral health issues.

Qualities Of Work: The receptionist works under the supervision of the Office Manager. A candidate for this position must have or be willing to acquire knowledge of all state and federal regulations, including accreditation agency standards applicable to opioid treatment services. Candidate will have knowledge of and be culturally sensitive to the problems of the patients of this clinic. Conducts self professionally at all times.

Responsibilities: The receptionist is responsible for processing patient applications and admissions which have been approved by the Medical Director / Program Physician. Candidate may be responsible for preparing patient records and reviewing admission criteria. The clerk will be responsible for receptionist duties that include, telephone answering, recording messages, scheduling appointments, and ordering supplies. Candidate will be responsible for accepting payments and recording receipts to the individual patient ledger. He / She will be responsible for processing Third-Party Payer Insurance Claims. This individual will have a working knowledge of the clinic and will assist in all areas in which candidate has received training.

Job Type: Part-time
