The Meal Delivery Person is responsible for helping package and delivering meals to the homes of the elderly. A person in this position answers to the Site Manager or Director. This person maintains accurate records of meal delivery, keeps food transporters and coolers clean, keeps delivery vehicle clean inside and out, makes Director aware of any changes or problems with clients.

Requirements:

Must have own transportation.

Must have own Car Insurance.

Must submit to and pass drug testing; Must submit to annual TB skin testing; Must have valid driver's license and good driving record; Ability to work and communicate effectively with the elderly; must be able to lift food transporters and coolers weighing up to 35 pounds; Must attend all assigned training sessions involving food preparation, sanitation, food borne illnesses and other training as required; Must adhere to Universal Precautions; Must obtain Food Handler's Certification.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
