Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS Cloud Generative AI IBM InfoSphere MDM Siebel MRM REST / API Service Testing Infa MDM Testing Webservices - SOAP Snowflake Informatica MDM Informatica MDM SAAS IBM MDM Testing Informatica Testing Python and Automation Testing. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead testing efforts and ensure the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing strategy and execution for projects involving AWS Cloud Generative AI and various MDM technologies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of test plans test cases and test scripts for REST / API Service Testing and Webservices (SOAP-UI).
• Provide expertise in testing methodologies and best practices to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand the technical requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Ensure the quality and performance of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Manage the testing lifecycle including planning execution defect tracking and reporting.
• Utilize Python for scripting and automation of test cases to enhance testing efficiency.
• Conduct manual testing to identify and resolve defects in software applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
• Implement and maintain testing frameworks and tools to support continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers to foster a culture of quality and excellence.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in AWS Cloud Generative AI and various MDM technologies.
• Demonstrate expertise in REST / API Service Testing and Webservices-SOAP.
• Have experience with Snowflake Informatica MDM and Informatica MDM SAAS.
• Show proficiency in IBM InfoSphere MDM Siebel MRM and IBM MDM Testing.
• Exhibit strong skills in Python for scripting and automation.
• Have a solid understanding of manual testing methodologies.
• Be capable of leading and managing testing efforts for complex software projects.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications Required

Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL) AWS Certified Solutions Architect Informatica Certified Professional Gen AI & Reltio

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/10/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $[110,000 – 130,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
