Intro Paragraph: We are hiring a marketing assistant who will support the operations team in developing and executing various marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. About Our Organization: We are a RNR Tire Express franchise company seeking a person to fill the role of Marketing Assistant (MA). RNR Tire Express is one of the fastest-growing franchise concepts in the country, and a leader in the rent-to-own industry. We currently have eight stores that are located across Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska.

Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the leadership team with marketing and administrative duties related to sales.
• Manages and maintains marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Assists in creating marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials as needed.
• Creates engaging visuals and copy.
• Monitors and manages some social media accounts, especially Facebook, including posting content and engaging with followers.
• Studies social media and marketing reporting as available from franchisor and relays to Leadership team.
• Conducts market research and competitive intelligence as necessary.
• Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, events, and sales.
• Collaborates with other departments as needed.

Work Hours and Benefits: Full-Time, Monday- Friday. Saturdays as needed. Travel as needed to stores, especially during training. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance. Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) is a plus
• Digital photography and video editing experience a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
