Tacoma Glass MFG is looking to add and experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team. 80% of this role would be performed at the Tacoma location. the other 20% would require travel between other TGM plants. This position also offers the potential for advancement leading up to the Maintenance Manager position. The compensation for this position is negotiable and truly depends on your past experience and ability to grow with the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment highly desired

-Installs, Maintains, and Repairs manufacturing and processing equipment

-Diagnoses machinery, dismantles machinery, replaces defective parts, reassembles machinery, and makes necessary adjustments to ensure production efficiency

-Reads and understands operating manuals, manufacturers specifications, and drawings/diagrams

-Works under limited supervision keeps production equipment in good repair to ensure continued production levels

-Assist in the installation of electrical, air, and water drops

-Regular on-time attendance is a must

-Ability to work well with others in a positive manner

-Ability to work independently

-Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical

-Welding and fabrication

-Able to use forklift and manlift

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
