We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Process billing requests and able to organize daily tasks
- Collaborate with agent to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services and products
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends
- proficiency is a plus
- Experience in property & casualty or insurance sales is required
- Telemarketing or outside sales experience is advantageous

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
