*Job Summary* As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service. *Duties* - Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas - Support with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Provide exceptional customer service to guests - Help in various tasks to ensure a well-functioning kitchen environment *Qualifications* - Knowledge of food safety practices - Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is advantageous - Basic culinary skills are a plus - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen tasks
