Oakstreet Attorney Search is working with an AmLaw firm with an immediate need for a Finance Associate for the firm's Charlotte office. The group represents issuers, underwriters, borrowers and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions, and preferred candidates will have at least one year of transactional experience involving structured finance and/or securitization transactions, but candidates with related experience may be considered.

Qualified candidates must have a JD from a US-accredited law school, be licensed in a US jurisdiction, and be eligible for admission to the North Carolina Bar.
