Job Summary: IT Helpdesk Level 1 Technician

We are looking for a motivated IT Helpdesk Level 1 Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ConnectWise PSA and ConnectWise RMM, providing essential IT assistance and support for both PC and Ubuntu systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues on PC and Ubuntu computers.
  • Utilize ConnectWise PSA and RMM for ticket management and remote troubleshooting.
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Document and track issues in the helpdesk system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex problems.
  • Outbound and Inbound telephone and virtual conference work

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ConnectWise PSA and RMM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common desktop applications.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Basic knowledge of PC and Ubuntu troubleshooting.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
