Responsibilities:

  • Work with warehouse leader to conduct accurate and timely cycle counts and inventory location audits at the interval established by leadership.
  • Receive and ensure inventory accuracy of customer products returned through the e-Commerce return process.
  • Maintain an established knowledge base of the return-to-vendor process upon completion of training from the Scheels Defective Leader.
  • Assist in upholding all standards put in place by the warehouse leader that pertain to inventory counts and product location.
  • Receive new inbound freight and organize in a manner which allows other warehouse associates to easily stock.
  • Assist in the further development of the inventory accuracy mission spread across multiple teams at Scheels campus and other warehouses.
  • Remain highly flexible in peak e-Commerce sales seasons, maintain the ability to perform job responsibilities such as picking and shipping customer orders during these times.
  • Work extensively with applications on Zebra TC-52 handhelds and Windows PC browser based applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience with spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between multiple teams and
    stakeholders.
  • Forward-thinking mindset, capable of envisioning future growth and expansion beyond current
    structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Alternatively, equivalent practical experience in the field will be considered.
