Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team as we establish a new office in Suwannee, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expansion efforts and play a key role in building our presence in this new location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance needs by providing expert advice and tailored solutions. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs, and offer them the best insurance products available.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Insurance Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, provide quotes, and recommend suitable insurance policies (auto, home, life, commercial etc.) based on client needs.

Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, making policy changes, and filing claims as needed.

Compliance: Ensure that all insurance applications, renewals, and claims are processed in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible advice to clients.

Networking: Attend industry events, workshops, and community activities to generate new leads and promote our company’s services.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license in GA.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
