Salary: $50000.00 - $750000.00 per year

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of insurance agents, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met through personalized service and advice.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive agency growth and meet revenue targets.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Community Engagement: Represent the agency in the local community, participating in events and initiatives to build brand awareness and relationships.

Licensing: Active Nevada Property & Casualty License required.

Management Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a successful track record in leadership roles.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting and exceeding customer needs, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
