Job Duties:

Perform sales of Personal Lines products, including prequalifying prospects, analyzing coverage needs, and preparing quotes and proposals for new accounts.
Actively solicit coverage increases and new business through referrals from existing clients, while maintaining and following up with a prospects database.
Provide timely and professional customer service, handling policy inquiries and assisting with departmental procedures.
Support team members and occasionally conduct presentations to employee or professional groups, managing follow-up meetings as needed.
Stay current on market trends, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and represent the company at community events.
Monitor personal development goals, assist with employee training, and adhere to the company’s attendance policies

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree in Business discipline preferred.
1 to 2 years call center, customer service, and/or sales experience. Personal lines insurance experience, preferred.
Hawaii state Property and Casualty Solicitor’s License obtained within 90 days of hire.
Valid Hawaii Driver’s license and use of own vehicle.
