Inside Parts Sales – Sioux City

Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Inc. is one of the largest semitrailer dealers in the U.S. today with four locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota and we are looking to add a motivated individual to our Sioux City, IA Parts Department team.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Establishes relationships with customers by having excellent knowledge of parts across all product lines.
• Provides customer service face-to-face or over the phone
• Fills work orders or requests for parts, tools or other stock items and distributes to technicians in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail, organization skills and basic computer skills necessary.
• Employee must be at work during scheduled hours and demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
• Be able to lift up to 70lbs on a non-regular basis
• Post offer physical and drug screen required
