As an Adaptive Fitness and Adaptive Sports Instructor at The Adaptive Athlete INC. in Upland, you will be responsible for leading Adaptive Fitness classes and Sports Classes for individuals of all ages and abilities. You will have the opportunity to create and deliver dynamic workouts that challenge and motivate participants while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Our Ideal candidate :

• Has experience playing and/or coaching sports to kids, teens or adults
• Has experience being in a professional weight room, training in an athletic environment or leading exercise classes
• Excited to train athletes of all abilities and ages
• Must be outgoing, personable and a strong communicator
• Excited to work with all individuals, including but not limited to: athletes, kids, teens, adults, individuals with a developmental disability such as Autism, Down syndrome, etc.
• Ability to consistently lift 15-25 lbs and potentially up to 70 lbs
• Obtained or currently enrolled in classes for bachelors in Kinesiology or Sports Science - preferred
• Willing to participate in a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Starting rate is based on experience, qualifications, applicable certifications, etc.
