Description & Requirements The Image Assembly Administrator performs data entry of imaged documents, confirms the accuracy of data entry and links documents received via mail or fax to the New York State of Health Marketplace.
Please note this job posting is for an upcoming training class in Albany, NY. This position requires 6 weeks of onsite training, after successful completion of training there is the opportunity to work remotely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uphold comprehensive knowledge of Enrollment and Eligibility processes and policies.
- Stay updated on project, corporate policies, and procedures outlined in the employee manual and other relevant desk procedures.
- Investigate case identities from account records and appropriately link documents to corresponding records.
- Ensure accuracy in entering information from scanned images and promptly rectify any inaccuracies.
- Conduct precise and timely data entry for all relevant information.
- Determine effective paths for resolving document-related issues, escalating to the Research team when necessary.
- Identify and escalate risks to management, redirecting technical issues to the appropriate channels.
- Utilize various computer programs to research consumer information.
- Create and dispatch follow-up communications to consumers regarding missing or incomplete information.
- Maintain meticulous and timely case notes detailing all consumer interactions and documented activities.
- Collaborate with consumers regularly to sustain program services and eligibility.
- Data enters information from scanned image into approved systems using project policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Accurately data enters all appropriate information in a timely manner.
- Verifies information from scanned image is entered correctly and makes necessary changes.
- Researches case identity from account records and links documents to account records by selecting the appropriate client to associate documents.
- Determines best path for document problem resolution.
- Uses electronic separator sheets to differentiate certain parts of incoming faxes to create batches.
- Meets all performance requirements associated with eligibility & enrollment processes.
- Determines best path for document problem resolution and escalates when necessary to the Research team.
- Routes technical issues to management.
- Responsible for adhering to established safety standards.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
- Occasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Work is constantly performed in an office environment
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Experience using PC and other office equipment.
- Intermediate PC/keyboarding skills.
- Ability to type and process material in an expeditious manner. Demonstrated computer literacy; 5000 KSPH preferred.

- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
