JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator will support Human Resources and the HR Manager by assisting with general administration regarding recruitment, credentialing, legal compliance, and other facets of human resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as point of contact for all HR inquiries,
- Completes the onboarding process full cycle for all CAHN positions and supports administrative needs to onboard (entering demographic information into HRIS, initiate and process background reports, correlating contracts/agreements needed to accompany position requirements),
- Works with the Credentialing team and CAHN Nursing Staff to ensure the accurate and timely credentialing of all clinical staff/CAHN locations,
- Support the maintenance of both hard and digital copies of employee records,
- Provide support to the HR department, as needed, in areas such as research, recordkeeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry,
- Serve as administrative support to Human Resources staff
- Assists with the Orientation process.
- Assists with ad hoc HR projects.
- Ensure job descriptions comply with all regulatory agencies by working with managers,
- Maintain compliance with tracking and record keeping for all trainings company-wide.
- Complete necessary tracking for benefits to ensure timely enrollment and terminations.
- Support employee morale initiatives and project think tanks.
- Answers department incoming calls and assists in a professional, responsive manner.
- Responds to communications promptly while representing the department and organization in a manner of excellence and professionalism.
- Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field; minimum of one year’s experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Paycor).
- Intermediate computer and office skills are required.
