Job Description:  

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist who is responsible for maintaining employee records, reviewing and monitoring transactions related to the payroll systems, and overseeing all DOR recruitment initiatives.
• This role involves managing the state internal hiring system, ensuring accurate requisitions and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• The candidate should also also handles internal projects related to personnel information, provides customer service on employment records, and maintains confidentiality while drafting communications for internal and external parties.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint software programs proficiently
