*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. *Responsibilities* - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues - Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Present HR metrics to senior management - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management *Experience* - Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive - Strong knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations - Experience with HR systems such as Oracle, UltiPro, or Paylocity is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Conflict management experience is highly desirable
