Job Summary:
As a Host/Host, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit to our establishment.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Escort guests to their designated tables or waiting areas promptly.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
- Answer incoming phone calls, handle reservations efficiently, and manage the waitlist.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate smooth service flow.
- Assist in seating arrangements for large parties or special events.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Stay knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu offerings and services.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and the ability to handle reservations effectively.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous.
- Strong hospitality skills with a welcoming and outgoing personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Capability to handle challenging situations tactfully and professionally.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
