Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Help guests navigate ordering on the kiosk

- Clean dining room, expo area and bathrooms

- Prepare tea and coffee

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Experience:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure
