Job Title: Healthcare Copywriter

Job Location: 100% remote

Job Duration: 3 months

pay scale is $25 -$28/hr. 

Notes:  

20 hours a week; candidates need to be available during core hours M-F 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST but do have a flexible schedule the hours are just for availability not specific shift.

Job Description:

• Review and edit a variety of marketing assets for a wide range of client’s markets, checking for grammar/spelling errors, typos, inconsistencies, spacing issues, compliance requirements, etc. Work with a cross-channel team of writers, designers, web designers and multimedia designers in providing writing support and editorial review in a proofreading/copyediting capacity.
• Review internally developed projects for various market segments- flyers, brochures, guides, presentations, emails, landing pages, etc.- to produce clean copy in an established consistent, unified client’s voice.
• Provide thorough and complete copyediting and proofreading of materials for grammatical and factual content and consistency with client and the client brand platforms.
• Follow brand and style guides for print, digital, Medicare and DEI pieces and their audiences, ensuring adherence to those guidelines and checking for any errors.
• Safeguard that all copy is compliant with regulatory and trademark requirements and provide final proof of text.
• Be empowered to use prescribed guidelines and procedures to analyze and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing consultants, members of the legal/compliance team and others, as needed, to create a final document.
