Cenla RV is hiring now for a General Sales Manager at our Monroe, Louisiana location! We are looking for a self motivated, high-achieving individual with proven leadership skills.  We are a full-service Jayco dealership carrying New and Used RV's of all types, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, Toy Haulers, Destination Trailers, and more.

Responsibilities:

Hiring and monitoring sales staff performance, conduct regular sales and training meetings with team

Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used RV's on site as well as online

Evaluate traffic, closing ratios, and follow-up on a daily basis

Negotiate deals as well as paper customers in the F&I office

Attending to customer complaints, ensuring an unmatched level of customer satisfaction is obtained

Managing the deliveries of all RV's and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are signed and maintained

Qualifications:

5+ years of supervisory experience in RV, Automotive, Powersport, Motorsport, Marine, or other related industry required

Experience in the RV industry is highly preferred

Perfected verbal and written communication skills

Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines

Ability to efficiently use a computer, MS Office, Excel and other office equipment

Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
