Professional Endeavor: The perfect candidate will be a professional, service and sales-oriented individual who loves working with people and is eager to do whatever it takes to help our clients have an exceptional, world-class experience with each visit.

Daily Operations:

• Overseeing clients’ experience from the moment they walk in the door

• Maintain a professional demeanor, conversation, and appearance (following dress code policies) always

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, monitor and respond to social media accounts and emails

• Check clients’ in and out from appointments, assist clients with retail purchases and makeup color matching

• Maintaining the center’s warm, friendly, and nurturing environment

• Coordinating and managing estheticians’ schedules

• Learn and understand the basics of skin care products and regiments (no previous training required)

• Routine and deep cleaning, turning over of treatment rooms between appointments, laundry, and other miscellaneous duties as needed to help maintain centers prominent level of standards

• End of day register balancing, deposits, basic business statistics tracking

• Running weekly and monthly reports, etc.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
