Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various booking systems.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Skills

• Proven experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is preferred.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service in a resort or hotel setting.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
