Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization

Responsibilities:

The Away from Home Sales Representative for Local Restaurants will execute a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting existing business. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against PBNA operating plans and partnership expectations. Customers for this segment are solely focused on supporting restaurants, growing brand distribution, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role will also include execution of PBNA annual priorities.

  • Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territory
  • Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts
  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Forecast responsibility
  • Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can volume growth

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience

· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

· Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience

· Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills

· Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

Critical Experiences Preferred: Functional – Sales; Developing Others – People Leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,400 - $95,750 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave​
  • Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days ​
  • Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually ​
  • Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year ​
  • Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay ​
  • Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child
