Filing Clerk– Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Per-diem – See Summary for details.

Pay: $16.28 - $18.28 per hour

(pay is determined based on years of experience)

Summary of benefits:

Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Paid Sick Leave is accrued at a rate of 1 hour earned for ever 40 hours worked.

Filing Clerk Summary:

The OOA Filing Clerk will play a critical role behind the scenes for the Human Resources Department, ensuring our personnel records are organized and up to date. The person in this role will be responsible for performing clerical functions for the HR Team such as creating employee files, performing file audits, running reports, and tracking annual reviews.

This is a Per-diem (as needed) position, and the hours worked will vary depending on workload and company needs. The average expected schedule will be 5-10 hours a week and will operate during regular business hours, Monday – Friday.

Filing Clerk Requirements:

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, including the ability to alphabetize records.
  • Ability to work independently and be flexible to changing workloads and deadlines.
