• Oversee contractors and vendors to maintain buildings and grounds.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• May need to lift objects 25lbs or more.
• Inspect buildings and grounds daily to be aware of safety issues, security issues, repairs, and maintenance needed.
• Security issues include patrolling site, monitoring security cameras, responding to incidents and utilizing de-escalation techniques.
• Coordinates maintenance activities.
• Responsible for site compliance with health and safety along with security policies.
• Maintain good working relationships with site leadership and .
• May need to work over 40 hours per week (as required), and required to come in for any emergencies and critical maintenance.
• Assist with other Depts. to fulfill site needs
• Able to use hand/ power tools

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and proficient with Computer skills as this role requires lot of communication and reporting via emails and applications.
• Minimum of 3 months equivalent relative experience
• After training: Tues-Fri 2:30PM - 11PM Sat - 8AM-4:30PM
• Basic understanding blueprints.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Have basic understanding of how facility systems work- HVAC/back up power systems/ fire/security alarms.
• Need to be able to clear an extensive background check.
• Initial schedule during training: M-F 6:00AM - 2:30PM. After training: Tues-Fri 2:30PM - 11:00PM Sat - 8:00AM-4:30PM
