A day in the Life:

• The role will be responsible for leading a group of professionals managing Utility, Facility, Capital Projects, and Reliability Engineering.
• Demonstrated capability is required in understanding and delivering projects focused on energy improvement initiatives (Cogeneration and Solar Power expertise is desirable).
• The role will be responsible of managing departmental budgets and deliver established quarterly targets according to plan. Experience in project management is also desirable.
• Experience is required in leading complex issue resolution and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Direct support to business area when assessing new product introduction on facility, utility, and site equipment needs to identify investments as site continue ascendent growth.
• Client budgetary assessment on quoting and due diligence process.
• A compliance mindset is a must.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience

• Bachelors or MBA with Engineering background in Mechanical or Electrical areas required.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Engineering and 2+ supervisor/management roles.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Strong interpersonal and management skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
