About this Opportunity:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Product Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. This position will assist with travel planning, expense reports, meeting preparation and facilitation, as well as other administrative tasks. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Sacramento, CA; Hebron, KY
For Internal Candidates:
All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.
In this role, you'll get to:
Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings including arrangements for flight, hotel, location, meeting agendas, meals, calendar coordination, and activities for attendees
Prepare and submit expense reports via Workday
Send notification to managers of Orion employee birthdays and anniversary dates
Send cards, gifts, flowers, etc., as needed
Stock meeting room refrigerators and kitchen area paper products in preparation for onsite meetings
Support company Executive management team by coordinating calendar, booking travel arrangements and general administrative tasks
Prepare agendas prior to meetings as well as helps coordinates follow ups via Notion or comparable systems
Perform general administrative duties including filing, typing, faxing, copying, scanning, and mailing to support the Executive Management team
Attend meetings for purpose of taking meeting minutes and follows-up on key take-away points from meeting
Assist with Orion Home Office Visits including reserve guest hotel rooms and coordinating any meals in the office
We're looking for talent who:
Has a strong understanding of project management tools, communication platforms, and other digital tools (Jira, Slack, Notion, preferred)
Has exceptional communication skills
Has exceptional calendar management and travel management skills
Possess minimum of a high school diploma
Has minimum of 5 years of administrative or clerical experience
Preferably has a solid understanding of tech terminology, tools, and systems commonly used by a CTO/CPO
Preferably has experience working with operations teams and/or within Financial Services industry
Preferably has experience coordinating event logistics
Obtains Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$22.56 - $32.73The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
