Our client, an industry leader in the home remodeling business, are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their growing team!
The Executive Assistant works closely with the CEO to maximize the effectiveness of the organization and achieve company goals!
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $60,000 and up (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Oversight of all administrative activities of the corporate office
- Daily communication with the CEO, company team members, clients and contractors
- General organizational support including answering phones and emails, handling mail etc
- Managing and supporting the CEO including scheduling, email management, meeting support and travel planning
- Work with finance team to assist with electronic payments, contracts and invoices
- Daily use of CRM, updating data, researching and sharing information in database
- Support management in recruiting process and new employee departmental set up and orientation
- Assist with event planning such as monthly team lunches, outings, and other client-based networking events
- Manage office supplies and cleaning service to maintain office up-keep
Qualifications and Experience of Executive Assistant:
- Associate or Bachelors Degree required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience managing an office and schedules (preferred)
- Strong customer service experience
- Computer and online proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail), willingness to learn Zoho CRM. OneClick a plus but not required
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain focus, and manage multiple projects at once
- Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to communicate and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
