Penguin Random House is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support both our global CEO and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). You would report to both executives and the role is ideal for an experienced executive assistant who is extremely organized and discreet with a proven ability to work well in a deadline-driven and dynamic environment with a calm, can-do attitude.
In joining the team, you would be at the center of a fast-paced environment and would be quarter-backing a range of topics that would involve working with a variety of stakeholders all around the world. You will be managing complex schedules, tackling ad-hoc situations and would also be a key partner for our Strategy Team that works on a variety of projects across all departments.
We are a global team that works collaboratively across multiple geographies. This is a fully in-office position based in Midtown NYC.

Qualification & Skills:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
