Job Overview:
Appliance Factory is seeking a hands-on team player to join our operations team! In this Hands-On Operations Manager position you will support our operations team with delivery management, inventory, receiving, parts, and more!

Duties:

• Effectively communicate with the retail store manager to make sure our customers are getting the best service possible.
• Manage the delivery team to make sure product is delivery correctly and on time
• Process product that comes in from the vendor
• Inventory and parts management
• Team development and coaching
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
• Delivery and installation of appliances to customers homes (there will be a need to jump in a truck from time to time and support our delivery teams!)

Requirements:

• Prior management experience is required
• Experience with parts and inventory management is preferred
• Prior experience driving a box truck is preferred
• Ability to install a wide range of appliances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to lift 150-300lbs.
• Must be a team player and willing to do what it takes to get the job done

Pay:

• $40K-60K/yr.
