Job Description
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who loves helping others? Do you have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude? If so, we want YOU to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative!
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
-Take reports by phone, mail and face to face.
-Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
-Provide accurate information about our products/services and resolve customer issues.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in a timely manner.
-Document and track customer interactions and solutions.
What We're Looking For:
No prior experience required – we will train you!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
