Job Description

Join our team as a Plant Electrician to support our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities Include

• Performing electrical repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
• Maintaining and improving electrical, controls, instrumentation, HMI, and HVAC systems.
• Supporting capital projects, managing work orders, documentation, and preventive/predictive maintenance plans.
• Supporting safety initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and supporting incident investigations.
• Utilizing predictive maintenance tools and maintaining equipment records and site/system prints.
• Leading project work, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting system upgrades.
• Troubleshooting HMI systems using Rockwell FactoryTalk and assisting with estimating costs.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma/GED; completion of an Electrician Program or apprenticeship; ability to attain Journeyman License.
• Valid US driver's license, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of electrical codes, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, HVAC, and PLC controls.
• Willingness to work on elevated surfaces, extended hours, and in various environmental conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years in industrial electrical or maintenance fields.
• Journeyman license, experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and basic process controls.
