Job Summary
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations within a designated district. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Implement and drive process improvement initiatives across all stores in the district
- Manage store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff
- Oversee project management activities related to store openings, renovations, and closures
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet district objectives
- Supervise store performance and address any issues impacting profit loss
Skills
- Strong background in restaurant management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
- Experience in supervising multiple locations or teams
- Knowledge of profit loss analysis and financial management
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Ability to drive business growth through effective decision-making and problem-solving
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $74,042.00 - $79,315.00 per year
Expected hours: 50 – 55 per week
