Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating routes for drivers, and maintaining accurate records of used cooking oil collections at each establishment we service. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers.
• Monitor fleet operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to relay important information regarding schedules, routes, and any changes.
• Address any issues that arise during transit, and providing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records.

Experience

• Previous experience in dispatching or transportation management is preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS systems and fleet management tools is highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective coordination with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
