## Overview We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Courtesy Associate. As a Courtesy Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. ## Responsibilities - Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude - Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store - Bag groceries and assist with carrying items to customers' vehicles - Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately - Perform product demonstrations and provide information on technology sales - Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus for assisting diverse customers ## Skills - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Knowledge of retail math for basic calculations during transactions - Experience in electronics sales or technology sales is advantageous - Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers - Proficiency in conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits Join our team as a Courtesy Associate and be part of a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority.
