About the Position

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Field Service/Installation Technician(s) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial security systems. Job Responsibilities

• Install physical security systems, including cabling and associated equipment.

• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain existing security systems.

• Maintain accurate records of service calls and support cases using our online CRM tool.

• Utilize computer tools to configure and test security equipment.

• Collaborate effectively with other field service personnel, support teams, project engineers, and systems engineers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the installation, service, or maintenance of physical security systems, telecommunications systems, networking, IT field service, or electrical low voltage systems.

• Robust PC workstation or server skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check.
