Immediate need for a project accountant seeking weekends off, great benefits, and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include:
Process A/P and A/R invoices, including AIA’s
Release vendor payments, collect lien waivers, and submit for client payments
Generate job cost reports and communicate performance to project managers
Reconcile credit cards monthly and manage expense reports
Ensure accurate construction data in Foundation accounting software
Attend project rollover meetings for accounting responsibilities

Must Haves:
3-5 years of construction accounting experience
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounting)
Strong math, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in Foundation, Microsoft Office, and AutoDesk Build (bonus!)
