We're hiring Commercial New Construction Plumbers to join our growing team.

Our unique rotating schedule gives you a 4-day work week every other week, including a Friday–Monday stretch off.

Here's How the Schedule Works:

Week 1: Work Monday–Thursday → OFF Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Week 2: Work Tuesday–Friday → OFF Saturday & Sunday

Then the schedule repeats.

That means every other week you get a 4-day weekend, giving you more time for family, hobbies, travel, appointments, or simply enjoying your time off.

Build Commercial Projects — Not Service Calls

If you prefer new construction over service work, you'll appreciate what we do.

Our team specializes in ground-up commercial plumbing projects, including:
• Convenience stores
• Restaurants
• Retail buildings
• Small commercial facilities

You'll be involved in the project from underground through final finish.

What You'll Do
• Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects
• Perform underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing
• Install sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water, and gas piping
• Set fixtures, equipment, and trim components
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Lay out plumbing systems according to plans and applicable codes
• Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Maintain quality workmanship and job-site safety standards
• Ensure installations comply with applicable plumbing codes

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Commercial new construction experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and installation methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

This is an active construction position. Candidates must be able to:
• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb frequently
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
• Work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Perform physically demanding work throughout an entire shift
