Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all assigned areas are clean, organized, and safe for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are hygienic and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness and safety standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement in cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
