Job Description:

Join the Matthew Bilek American Family Insurance Agency team in Mankato, MN! Our agency is located at 79 Navaho Avenue, Mankato, MN 56001.

Client Services Specialist candidates must have superb customer service skills for our current clients and potential clients. Being able to multi-task is a must while being able to problem solve with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You will be responsible for: greeting clients, answering phones, processing insurance policy change requests, assisting clients with claims, generating insurance cards/certificates, providing quotes for existing and new clients along with advising clients how to best insure their assets. This is a customer service focused role, a positive “can-do“ attitude is essential and is required. Selling is not required, but cross selling is encourage when it’s in the best interest of our clients (example: missing coverages).

Position · Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in a professional environment, preferably in customer service

· Willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license within 60 days of hire date

Compensation & Benefits:

· Competitive pay between $21.00 - $24.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities
