Summary:
You will lead the implementation of project solutions for new clients, using a consultative approach to assess their current state and align with our specialized employment structure. Your role is to develop solutions where gaps exist, manage client expectations throughout the onboarding process, and proactively address configuration and compliance issues to ensure a smooth transition. You will be accountable for the success of implementation surveys, client satisfaction, and first-year retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Analysis: Conduct comprehensive meetings to assess client needs and confirm key aspects of Payroll, Benefits, Risk and Safety, 401(k), co-employment practices, and Human Resources. You will guide the client through the understanding and application of our co-employment relationship, ensuring accurate setup in our systems. This includes analyzing complex payroll, benefits, HR policies, procedures, and related financial data, and ensuring alignment with the agreed contract.
- Benefit Administration: Review and confirm initial benefit elections made during the sales process, consulting with the client on any necessary changes while discussing healthcare compliance and qualification rules in the evolving healthcare landscape. You will configure benefit administration tools based on client selections, audit all related paperwork and systems, and facilitate employee orientations, ensuring a smooth enrollment process and timely distribution of benefit ID cards.
- Project Management: Oversee project tasks to ensure timely and accurate execution, providing regular updates to the client and internal teams (Benefits, 401(k), HR, Payroll, Sales). You will resolve any issues that arise during the conversion period, ensuring all systems are correctly set up before transitioning the client to ongoing service. Your role includes leveraging resources from Legal and Human Resources to maintain high client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact during the initial client relationship, managing expectations, addressing any configuration and compliance challenges, and ensuring the client fully understands the value of our services. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and retention, making a lasting positive impression during the critical first year of service.
