NOW HIRING: Client Care Coordinator Aldersgate at Home

Fulltime / Part Time positions / every other weekend and on call

Hybred positon with some work from home capabilities

Must be comfortable and willing to use Cell Phone and iPad for business purposes. Six months experience working with Older Adults preferred.

Must be Self-Assured and Tech Savvy
