Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaning Leads / Inspectors for our Vacation Rental properties. This is a year-round position. This position will not only help as a cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vacation rentals under your care ensuring they are cleaned and prepared for the guests’ arrival but will also help with the quality-control inspections of properties once the cleaning team has finished. This is a PERMANENT, YEAR-ROUND position and is not available to seasonal candidates.

Pay Starts At: Starts @ $20/hour and increases w/ experience and PROVEN job performance. This entry-level leadership position also offers Performance Bonuses and Raises at 60 & 90 days.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Quality-Control / Inspections on finished cleanings.

- Clean and sanitize all areas of the vacation rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards and checklists.

- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as needed.

- Change bed linens, make beds, and arrange towels to hotel standards.

- Replenish guest amenities and supplies.

- Identify any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly.

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping REQUIRED.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

- Must have reliable transportation.
