Position Overview

Operate over‑the‑road (OTR) routes for top‑tier freight accounts and retain 25 % of each load’s revenue. Our team members typically generate a gross income ranging from $1,500 to $2,500 each week. Choose the home‑time pattern that fits your lifestyle: two weeks on‑the‑road followed by two full days at home, or three weeks on‑the‑road with three days at home. Assignments cover the contiguous United States, with a focus on the Midwest corridor.
Key Responsibilities
• Earn 25 % of the load payment, translating to an average weekly gross of $1,500‑$2,500.
• Select between a 2‑week on / 2‑day off schedule or a 3‑week on / 3‑day off rotation.
• Travel throughout the lower 48 states, primarily serving Midwestern lanes.
• Perform both drop‑and‑hook and live‑load/unload operations.
• Deliver freight for major food‑processing and distribution partners, including leading meat and grain producers.
Compensation & Schedule
