The Customer Service Representative operates a car wash facility by providing exceptional customer service, safe loading of customer vehicles into the wash bay, ability to upsell washes and continuous sales of wash memberships, and maintaining a clean and secure work environment for all. We sell car wash services and provide unlimited car wash memberships. We are looking for hard-working people who value safety, have a positive work attitude, goal-oriented, and enjoy working as a team.
Commissions are available with membership sales, with no cap on commissions.
Essential Functions
- Provides top-quality customer service at all times and to every customer.
- Secures all funds in a safe or register. Makes timely drops and maintains cash drawer at or below
- the maximum level, according to Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Performs daily car wash cleaning while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community.
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company image standards.
- Take reasonable precautions and measures to protect company assets.
- Preserves the safety of self, fellow employees, and all others in the work location.
- They must conduct themselves at all times according to the site code of conduct.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
- Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day.
